77z777 Terms & Conditions – Your Complete User Agreement

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" or "77z777" — The online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 77z777.ws, including all associated services, features, games, and promotional programs.
• "Player" or "User" — Any individual who has registered an account on 77z777 and is using or accessing the platform.
• "Account" — The individual account registered by a Player on 77z777, through which they access games, manage balances, and interact with all platform features.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds deposited by the Player into their 77z777 account using eligible payment methods, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" — Promotional credits awarded by 77z777 under specific promotions, subject to wagering requirements and additional conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the identity and age verification process conducted by 77z777 using CNIC and photographic documentation.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a Player must wager using bonus credits before those credits, or winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" — The voluntary restriction a Player places on their own account, preventing access to the 77z777 platform for a specified or indefinite period.
• "AML" — Anti-Money Laundering — the set of legal and regulatory obligations governing the detection and prevention of financial crime applicable to 77z777 under its international gaming license.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 77z777, a Player must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter;
• Be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, and must satisfy themselves as to the legality of their participation under their local laws;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 77z777 or any of its affiliated or partner entities;

77z777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be confirmed.

Each Player may register only one (1) account on 77z777. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identifying information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 77z777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein, including real money deposits.

During registration, Players are required to provide: full legal name (as appears on CNIC), date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and a secure account password. This information must be accurate and up to date at all times.

KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a clear colour photograph of the Player's CNIC — front and back — showing all information legibly; and (b) a selfie photograph of the Player holding the CNIC with their face clearly visible. KYC documents are reviewed by the 77z777 compliance team, typically within 1–4 hours during operational hours.

77z777 may request updated or additional documentation at any time in connection with its AML obligations, license compliance, or where account activity warrants further review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 77z777 account credentials, including their login identifier, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) methods configured on the account. The Player must not share account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

Any activity conducted through a Player's account will be treated as authorised by the Player, regardless of who actually performed the activity, unless the Player has promptly notified 77z777 of a suspected unauthorised access and the evidence supports such a conclusion. 77z777 will not be responsible for losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing their credentials or failing to secure their account adequately.

77z777 will never request a Player's account password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or SMS. Any such request purportedly from 77z777 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the 77z777 support team immediately.

77z777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank (via IBFT), and USDT TRC20 (Tron network cryptocurrency). All deposit transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), except USDT which is credited at the prevailing conversion rate at the time of confirmation.

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: PKR 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; PKR 500 via bank transfer; equivalent of approximately PKR 500 via USDT TRC20. Maximum single-deposit limits may apply depending on account tier and verification status. Very large single deposits may trigger additional AML review in compliance with 77z777's international licensing obligations.

• Deposits from third-party accounts (i.e., accounts not registered in the Player's own name) are strictly prohibited;

Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified 77z777 accounts are processed to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within approximately 5–15 minutes of request submission under standard conditions. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 1–4 hours during banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to Tron blockchain network confirmation times, typically 3–5 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts subject to compliance review.

Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200 via mobile wallets and PKR 500 via bank transfer. Withdrawals may only be directed to payment methods registered in the Player's own name, matching the name on the KYC-verified account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Cumulative withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 500,000 within a 30-day period may require enhanced documentation review as part of 77z777's AML compliance obligations under its international gaming license.

77z777 offers various promotional programs to eligible Players, including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its specific terms, which are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general provisions apply to all 77z777 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification, unless stated otherwise;
• Welcome bonuses are limited to one (1) per Player, per household, per IP address, and per CNIC;
• Bonus credits must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;

Players who have self-excluded are strictly prohibited from attempting to re-register under any identity. 77z777 uses CNIC data, device fingerprinting, and IP monitoring to detect and prevent such attempts. Successful circumvention of self-exclusion will result in closure of any new account and return of deposited funds only, without casino winnings.

A 77z777 account is classified as dormant when the Player has not logged in for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 77z777 will notify the Player via their registered email address when the account is approaching dormancy status.

Following classification as dormant, an inactivity administration fee of PKR 200 per month may be deducted from the account balance until: (a) the account balance reaches zero; or (b) the Player logs in and reactivates the account. 77z777 will not deduct inactivity fees from an account where the Player has previously been unable to access the account for reasons attributable to the platform.

Dormant accounts retain their KYC-verified status. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and, where required, completing a refreshed identity verification process. The account will be restored to full functionality upon reactivation.

All content on the 77z777 platform, including but not limited to: software code, game content, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, brand names, database architecture, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 77z777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 77z777 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Players may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any portion of the 77z777 platform without express prior written consent from 77z777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77z777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the 77z777 platform, shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by the Player into their 77z777 account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77z777 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, for any: indirect, incidental, or consequential losses; loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity; loss of winnings arising from a technical fault or network disruption not caused by 77z777's gross negligence; or any claim arising from a Player's decision to gamble, regardless of outcome.

77z777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking networks), or force majeure events may affect platform availability without prior notice. 77z777 will endeavour to restore services as promptly as practicable in such circumstances.

Players who have a dispute arising from their use of the 77z777 platform must, in the first instance, contact 77z777 customer support via the live chat function available on the platform. All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

77z777 will investigate all disputes in good faith and will provide a written response within 10 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission. Where additional investigation is required, 77z777 will notify the Player of the expected timeframe for resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the 77z777 internal dispute resolution process, the Player may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the relevant authority under 77z777's international gaming license. 77z777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, including in response to regulatory changes, licensing requirements, product updates, or operational needs. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Continued use of the 77z777 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure, with any eligible balance refunded in accordance with the prevailing withdrawal policy.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77z777's international gaming license is issued. The licensing jurisdiction's laws shall apply where they provide the applicable regulatory framework for online gaming operations.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 77z777's rights to seek urgent injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where the platform has a legitimate interest in doing so, including in relation to the protection of intellectual property, the prevention of fraud, or the enforcement of AML compliance obligations.

Players acknowledge that they are responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming is lawful in their own jurisdiction. 77z777 does not provide legal advice on this matter and strongly recommends that Players seek independent legal counsel if they are uncertain about the legality of online gaming in their specific location within Pakistan or elsewhere.
